Completed items are sent for customer approval where changes can be made. There is no refund once a customer approves an arrangement.
The customer is responsible for paying a shipping fee as well as a packaging fee.

The Shipping fee is automatically calculated by USPS upon checkout. An additional 8% is added to cover the packaging fee. The packaging fee covers the materials necessary to safely transport the item to arrive in the best possible condition.

The shipping fee generated in the checkout process is the combined shipping and packaging fee. Heavenly Sola Designs is not responsible for any damages made to the shipping box during transport.
